Yes I am and I have been since I was 7. Most of my mum's imediate family is as my cousin has had 2 kidney transplants in his life. - the first when he was 4 and the second last christmas aged 20. |

Don't forget folks - you can have a donor card but ultimately the decision is that of your next of kin. |

see another reason why there should be no smoking..what if someone really needed an organ and they were all mingy smokers' ones? sorry I was trying out my scare tactics that I use to try and persuade people to quit |

Lucia you made me giggle BUT I did say 'they can take whatever they can use' - I know my liver will be pickled by then so probably they'll leave that alone and the lungs won't be touched but they can have other bits if they want!! :O) |
