we have been on with 2 Diana. one we booted ages ago (before christmas)and the second (current i suppose) didnt introduce these people, the first one did but.... not sure how to deal with it. have found 2 to view tommorow in the weekly house supplement, but may need to hunt the one we were selling with (no 2) to find something. perhaps honesty is the best policy- tell them the situation if i need to. we'll see, if either of the two tommorow are suitable, wont even involve them , just twll them we are off the market ( have already told them, but still have the sign up)

Good luck Jess and if the house has been taken off the market there is no need for your old estate agents to know anything!! If its on with a new one then surely they can't insist on a finders fee as they didn't find one for you!! xx

Bloke that came ages ago (like before christmas) who hadnt sold, has knocked on the door and said ''well, what about it?'' Going to see what we can wangle in terms of estate agent fee- not sure how we stand on this- not our current agent that introduced him, it was the former one. The big downside is that we have lost the one we really REALLY wanted. Goinng to do and estate agent trawl tommorow and see what's what
