I have been shopping on-line with them since they started and have had only one hiccup - same as yours. I was given lots of gift tokens as a 'sorry'. Don't be put off it probably is a one off. Tina

first time i used tesco online they delivered my stuff 4 hours late with half the stuff missing. thought i would try it again last week as the car not feeling well. booked between 9-11pm thursday night and got phone call at 9.30pm saying van had been in crash and not getting shopping.told money would be refunded right away and still waiting. called helpline and explained what happened and that money taken out received no shopping and money not refunded so cant do shopping cos no money. told they would phone me tomorrow but were not happy cos im not in til after 5pm. they said will phone you before work but were not happy cos i leave at 7.30am. was just wanting to know if i am the only one to have these problems with them and to have a little rant annie
