well we have a little snow hee in lincolnshire but just seen the forecast and seems like we are in for some more over the next couple of days

Gwen I do.....and they had a swimming gala on Monday so the water is cooled for them...so worse than normal...I know ...mad! I will Em.....and I have a hot drink before leaving to warm me up....still flipping cold getting in....but a few lengths it gets better....brrrrrr

Good morning Lemon, you wrap up warm now, and make sure you dry your hair before leaving the swimming pool.... its freezing out there! :))

oohh.... shhhhh Gwen... lol I felt rough when i woke up, so i took the dogs out first before coming on here.... you know, a little fresh air an all that... well i feel ok now, execpt i am frozen to the core! boy oh boy is it cold here in Nottingham!

james ..i can remember fil doing that when he lived with us ........i use to leave a small night light on for him.........he use to lie and stare at it........then he would just nod off ann xx

Hi Anne have good trip to that Foreign place up north don't forget your passport!!!. What I found if I could not get to sleep, is to try to keep my eyes open, I know it sounds silly but if your brain is churning around with excitement, then focusing on something different makes the difference, it is quite difficult to keep your eyes open for long without blinking, next thing you know its morning.
