Sag Chicken, or sag Ghust is a spinach based curry with lots of garlic. Cook onions and garlic, add the chicken, stock then spinach. One of my favourites. x

Yes had Kashmir very nice. I cook alot of curry at home. Made from scratch I add. I always get someone to bring me spices back when they can. Or if there is an indian supermarket near you, you can buy them. Get a good curry book out of the library, (madhur Jaffrey easy to start with) you won't believe the difference, when you eat one. I love Korma too.

have you tried Kashmir - coconut cream with fruit, especially lychees (I eat vegetarian curries)? Really scrummy! Jay

I didn't know it had pineapple in it, but it certainly has lentils. Very nice. Generally not hot, more a 'medium'

Can some one tell me what 'Dhansak' tastes like and what's in it (besides lamb or chicken). Have tried most curries but not that one. Thanks :-)
