Sandra, Midge Eaters are fairly new and expensive as yet, they attract the midges into the machine where they are collected in a bag for disposal. Someone I knew shared one with their neighbour and it kept both gardens midge free last summer. I'm hoping they will come down in price like these gadgets often do...but then, even if they dont , how wonderful would a midge free garden be. Worth almost any expense! Jane |

Glad you had a good time. There are a lot of really nice places to go. I have suggested a few time to mu husband that we have a holiday in Scotland instead of going abroad,but you never know what the weather is going to be like. Marion |

I am in the Highlands, been here nearly a year,be very afraid of the midgies in the summer......Killers....no respect for anyone....It is beautiful up here,our house is on the coast,looking out of the window I can see Eigg,Rhum and Muck............ |

I have just got back from Edinburgh.What a beautiful city and the people were lovely.Wished i could have stayed longer than the week-end so i could have done the Highlands.I will be coming back.Annie |
