Loved the one he did with MArc Almond. How odd, I was looking at an advert for his forthcoming tour in this week's Mail on Sunday and thought how good he looked on the picture. |

American superstar Gene Pitney has died at a Cardiff hotel, it has emerged. The 65-year-old American singer - found international fame with the Bacharach song Twenty Four Hours From Tulsa - was taken ill at the Hilton hotel just after 1000 BST on Wednesday. He was mid-way through a UK tour and had shown no signs of illness. (From BBC website) |
