When do you stop giving Easter eggs? Or don't you?

I think distant relatives like great nieces/nephews don't need a load of chocolate from all and sundry. Maybe 18 the limit for those neices/nephews you've been giving to. I think my own children stopped having something, when their children came along. |

Well my daughter is 18 in Decemeber and son is 20 in June, i'm going to tell them it's their turn to start buying me something for easter instead. I think 18 is the limit, or am I being mean? :) Ria |

I stopped nieces/nephews when they were 13. Birthdays till 16, then I give on their 18/21st. I now have a grand niece, but I am not starting to give to her. You could go on forever. I have a grandson and another on the way, and no doubt there will be more to come, so I will stick to them. But then I am a Scot ! lol Marion |

I'm not sure they ever really grow up! Maybe we all need to be treated like children over some things. I think my relations stopped giving me Easter eggs when I got married (at 20.) Chris |

Our list of nephew and nieces that we give Easter eggs to has grown over the years and we even have great- nephew and nieces (and little sweethearts they are too. )But, the eldest niece is 27, not married yet, then one at 25 living with partner then a batch in their early twenties ( at uni)and late teens and mid teens. My OH says its time to stop giving the eldest ones an easter egg or it will go on forever. ? Should it just be for younger relations? What do you all think? Chris |
