Clare its worth giving it go. Got nought to lose but talking through experience there are alot of weirdos out there so dont give too much away about yourself. I met my partner through a site called faceparty, we havent been together long but hes accepted the fact that i have 4 kids and hes a very sweet guy :). Theres hope for you :) |

As long as you're careful, it can work. I met my hubby online. We've been married for 10 months now :) |

Well - I know my board name is not a good advertisement LOL, but I met my Ex thru Love at Lycos .......... we at least had 18 happy months together as a couple - started off as friends and still are :O))) It can work - but you just have to have your wits about you - there are some 'dodgey' people but for the most part I talked to some nice chaps :O))) |

Have you tried speed dating. My freind met her boyfriend doing that and said even if she hadn't it was such a laugh it was worth doing anyway. |

Hi there As unfortunatly very single at the mo I'm dipping my toes cautiously into internet dating being that it is very difficult to get out there & meet eligible men when have a young child. Is there anyone here whose met their partner in this way or anyone who wants to share their tales of disaterous dates..... |
