Thanks Mags !! Sorry Pink, I can't agree, all the magazine's I've seen are all dead straight hair, & anyways I can't afford the hair extensions that big curls require, lol ! :0) Joan xx |

i use straighteners, ( not all the time ) but i would advise a good make ( ceramic preferably ) and a heat protection spray, avon do a good one that both myself and my daughter swear by ( it's not too expensive but does the trick ) good luck, it get's easier with a bit of practice. |

my daughter says ........that it is easy to straighten your own hair you should use straightening conditioner in the shower or it might damage the hair and make it dry and the hair will separate or you can use a hair protection spray thing before you use your straighteners. most products have directions anyway. Thank you Lol......that was my daughter who typed that out joan not me .....lol |

I'll join you Christine! Hair as straight as a yard of pump water! DH's cousin with delightful natural curls bends over the ironing board and runs the iron over her tumbling locks! She tells me I'm so lucky to have straight hair. Oh what! I want her hair, she's as black as a shiny raven at 57 and I'm as pale as a whitewashed step at 61! She ain't got no grey hairs and neither have I but that's not the point.................... The jealousy still goes on, lol Cherryx |
