How strange as I just mentioned this in a thread I replied to earlier. I used to drink and drive a lot to my shame, but that was years ago when there was much less information and checking done. I never drink and drive now - would rather not drink than take a risk. |

Tony, as an extra. you can be breathalysed for ANY moving traffic offence.............and THAT includes driving with a blown light bulb.............ANY reason to be stopped........you are likely to be breathalysed. I was, In MY opinion being tailgated on a slip road, by a Police van. Thinking that their need was greater than mine, moved over to make room for them to pass, got a bit close to the white line at the side of the road.(the road was cross hatched to make it single lane) They stopped me, for allegedly crossing the solid white line...... And breathalysed..... Bob |

Can't drive hardly ever drink but wouldn't do anyway. Like someone said if you can aford a drink you can afford a taxi. My daughter would never drink and drive. That is why on a works do my daughter is usually the taxi!! Son won't either and Dad doesn't have a car anyway Germaine x |
