I have osteoarthritus all over worse is my tailbone whatever its called lol! I take meloxicam and co-codomal cant take ibrufen which is good because I have angina. Davex

Don't have a hot water bottle unfortunately. Am keeping wrapped up warm as the cold makes it a lot worse.

Oh Becs ......... what about a nice heated pad or hot water bottle to the inflammed area? Longterm I'd recommened glucosamine and omega 3 fish oil supplements.
