Hi Ann Sorry to hear that you have a bad back, have you tried a 'heat lamp' to ease the discomfort? I hope you find a way to manage your back problems, a bad back is not to be taken lightly - I know, I suffer from aches and pains myself in that area. Hugs Julie x

I was given a jolt on this board a couple of days ago. I have a bad back which aches most of the time then i read of all those who suffer badly with arthritis and realised that there are many worse off than me. Doesn't make the pain better, but makes it more bearable. Ann Glos

A knock at the door – a friend had brought along a young lady who was suffering because of a bereavement – a young child had passed suddenly to the spirit world, so as I have been a spiritualist medium for over 20 years, my friend had brought this lady along to see me, I immediately dropped my sander and ‘tuned’ in to the spirit world, some comfort was given to the lady and she went away not quite so heartbroken, my work once again was done, so my own worries and woes seemed not quite so bad, a timely reminder to count your blessings., God does not give you a cross to bear that is too heavy for you to manage. God Bless Julie x
