Well if you were injured or in danger, I suppose it could be both your brother and sister. If you mean who you should leave all your worldly possessions to, I suppose it could be who you choose.

Whom-so-ever you choose love!! The choice is yours. Your mother is only next of kin if yopu want her to be.... and we know. If you have a load to leave darling...... I'm free... I'll be your next of kin. I'f you are poor.... forget it, I've go lots of nothing already! LOL Deanna X
