Kris, I have not heard that, I feel that they should not drop the name, as it is one a lot of people know, and as for being married to Sue Ryder, again you have stumped me, I keep my head buried in the sand a lot....lol Bev

Speedy I think that it is outrageous that they want to drop the name of Leonard Cheshire from the foundation. I read about it at the weekend - also I didn't realise that Leonard Cheshire was married to Sue Ryder - what a formidable couple they must have made !

I give to the Leonard Cheshire Trust, they do a lot to help disabled people, and have helped me in the past, so now I am in a situation to return the favour. Bev

Regularly give to? I was having a discussion this morning with a friend who will only donate to specific charites. My dad always gave to the Salvation Army - he used to say ' you never know when you might need them'.
