This is your lucky day - my Brother in Law is on his way over to help Hubby with something and he is a Domestic Appliance Engineer! I will ask him what he thinks might be wrong and if you can do anything about it. Kaye x |

I have a 2 1/2 year old Zanussi. I put it on the 30 minute cycle at lunchtime before I went to the gym. 1 1/2 hours later it was still going. I stopped it and tried a normal length economy cycle. It has now been washing for over 2 hours. It seems to be washing ok (although it is not very hot) but it is not reaching the end of the cycle. Has anyone experienced this? Liz x |
