Mandy, that's a lovely gesture. :-)))) There is a large group one that I would like to zoom in on but can't - I don't go on msn much (GB or GR pics only). Is there a way to zoom in please, or maybe you could email me the scan? Think my grandma may be in there, at a training college - long shot but worth a look! Also I am keen on the older Chichester cathedral card - maybe I should pm you? thanks xx Jen |

Hi Mandy, have now dared to go under the bed and pull the box out that contains all the old photos. Found the photo I was thinking of but it's not the same person. Thanks for letting me see yours anyway, they were great. |

Unfortunately I can't claim any as my rellies. What lovely photographs and I do hope you find some homes for them as that would be really good for you and the recipient. I particularly love the group ones of the outing and the evacuees. The ones of people on their own are so like my family photos. A lovely idea. Jacky :-) |

Hello Mandy.....nobody there for me but what a pleasure to see them. You worked hard to present these - it would be great if just one member on the site found someone in the pictures that meant something to them. Job well done. Best wishes Helen |

Mandy, have had a look and can't claim anyone or anywhere, but really fell for the little girl with her bucket and spade. If no one claims her, might she come to live with me please? She is so sweet. Liz x |

Yes I put all of it in. Copy & paste it from Mandy's first post on here, then delete the brackets. If you can access the Photos on GR & Next Generation on MSN then you will be able to access Mandys. :0) Joan |

I found them Mandy !! Sadly not mine, lol !! The one where you have put 2 men, one in uniform, one in civvies, I think the one in civvies is actually wearing a hospital uniform, which soldiers wore when injured & went to a hospital. The uniform was a grey colour, the lapels were white & the tie was bright red, cos I have photos of my granddad wearing one just like it. :0)) Joan xxxxx |
