What time can you legally go out and, for example, make a noise by mowing your lawn? My sister thinks it's 8.00am. Could be a nice little job for the weekend? We're always up early anyway. AL |

well, you could take a leaf out of my neighbours book... they seem to have annoying the neighbours ( me) off to a tee! examples are: Light a bonfire in the middle of the day when i have my washing out. Or, equally annoying, Light a BBQ when i have my washing out. Put their stereo on loudly with the Bass turned up to full, so as all i here is Boom Boom Boom Leave their security lights on all night so our house is equally lit up like blackpool illuminations Leave their dog out for 12 hours a day barking constantly then come home from the pub at silly O clock, and hit the dog Let their conifers grow to 25 feet and block the sun out of our garden erm... and do you know, i have YET to complain... lol |

OK AL, this worked very well on mine though :-)) Also waited for the nice other half to go out and then drilled the wall (we needed it drilling by the way). When the nice other half was on her way back we stopped and went quiet. |

Shelli Unfortunately we can't have kids, or we'd have a houseful now! Wilde Childe We came up with that one last night! We're waiting for our new car to be ready. Thought we'd leave the new one on the drive and the old one outside one of their houses - as long as it's MOT'd, taxed and insured, don't think they can do anything. Only problem is that because everyone has drives, there isn't much space to park on the road - still, I'm sure we can find somewhere to rest it for a few months! AL |

Trish - OH and I have discussed this and decided to ignore, rather than be pleasant. AL |

Be pleasant and say hello to them everytime you see them (especially if other neighbours are there too) - that really annoys them :-)))) |
