We think of you in silence and often speak your name, But all we have are memories and your picture in a frame, Your resting place we visit, and put flowers there with care, But no one knows the heartache as we turn and leave you there. Brian (i) |

Was you son interned or are you burying his ashes? Just wondering on the size of the plot? Have you been to a stone mason and discussed options with them? The one I went to was really helpful with ideas for my Daddy! x |

How about the one by Joyce Grenfell ? It was adapted and used at Gaynor's funeral. She was a much-loved member of GR. Joy |

Do not stand at my grave and weep I am not ther,e I do not sleep I am a thousands winds that blow I am the diamond glints on snow I am the sunlight on ripened grain I am the gentle autumn rain When you awaken in the morning's hush I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circles flight I am the soft stars that shine at night Do not stand at my grave and cry I am not there, I did not die. I read this at the grave yard today, I am looking for something other than a head stone for my 35 Son, he is two young, any suggestions-Please. |
