Sometime around 10.30 I will go downstairs to see if Dooley is ready to come in. Huge virtual prize to the person who guesses the time he finally condescends to come in and eat.

Who and what is a Dooley, I feel at a distinct disadvantage here :) If it's a dog, as soon as you rattle the bowl. If it's a child, whenever you decide to clear up and go to bed. If it's a man, anytime and all the time If it's a cat, I thought they went out at night, not came in.......

Hi H&S, Dooley is a 2 year old neutered white & tabby Tom Cat. We don't allow him to stay out all night as there is too much wildlife in the area, (foxes, badgers and even a deer have been spotted in our Close at night). Normally we let him out unfed at about 7.30 to 8 and try hard to get him in before midnight.

at a guess i say 12.45.and its nice to hear of someone bringing their cat in in the night instead of leaving it out in the nite to fight and make them awful noises
