I don't understand this culture of change which seems to exist these days. I have had 2 Vacuum Cleaners. A second hand Hoover Junior I bought for £100 in 1994, and the Henry which replaced it a couple or 3 years ago. As long as they suck up dust and fluff they'll do for me. Lol

Dea - I have never had a Dyson, but have been told on numerous occasions - and by people on here, that the new Dysons aren't that good - I know I've seen a lot of them at our local tip. My daughter-in-law is getting rid of hers and only had it 3 years as it keeps going wrong and she is getting a Henry. Stella

If it's not too rude a question - do you think your Henry could 'out-suck' my little Dicky Dyson? This is a serious question please as I think I need to buy a new one - I had a Henry once and remember it was very good, however, I then bought 'Dicky Dyson' which I remember was MUCH better, however, I think he is getting 'past it' now and I need to rethink before I re-purchase. All (polite) opinions welcome. Dea x

As if buying a Royal Blue carpet wasn't bad enough, why oh why did we choose a white kitten? 2 years old now and sheds about 3 catfuls of fur a week. Add to that, at home I am jokingly referred to as Pig-Pen because dust, dirt and fagash seem to follow me like a trail. So poor old Henry is coming out of his cupboard to do his thing.
