Hi Linda, The winters can be cold and rainy, worse if you going to live in the north...I imagine you will be coming down south...do you mind telling me where? We are looking into retiring in Spain as it is so much cheaper to live there then Portugal. Lindy ;-))

Hi Lindy, I'll be living in Spain soon, so hopefully the winter won't be as cold as it is here, I thrive in hot weather, I hate the cold. Linda

Today 38 degrees Sunday 40 degrees Monday 39 degrees The temperature reading is taken at the airport which is always windy, so out our way it is always hotter. Silves a town ten minute drive from us will be ever hotter as they are in a valley. This is not usual weather for this time of the year. I shall be camping downstairs in my living room as it is the coolest room in the house. Should any guests arrive and we are still having a heat wave. It is each man for himself! My blood pressure cannot handle the heat and constant movement. Lindy ;-))
