*checks round corner to make sure me folks aren't listening!* Yes I did.....frequently!!! Never know how I got the grades I did.......but makes me wonder how I would have got on if I had actually knuckled down and pushed myself............I was bored with school and had a job lined up with the intention of taking a year off.....here I am 12 yrs later and I never did pursue my further education.......will do though....when little sprite's a bit older and able to be left on his own without burning the house down!!!! i was one of those kids that bunked off school from when i was 14. then we had a school board man, and he would come to my house and take me to school EVERY DAY. i still managed to bunk off! i feel i got my education from t.v. i didnt know much when i finally left school, and i had my first child when i was 18 so i was at home a lot of the time, watching t.v. i would watch all the programmes like countdown and things like that. now when i watch who wants to be a millionaire i can get by. i was never any good at maths at school and too this day i still cant subtract without a calculator, but my english was always very good. my family said that i would never amount to nothing, but i had a very good job working as an administrater for c*met and c*urts until my back got the better of me. now i am back to watching t.v. and still getting educated. i would also like to add, that i have been educated on GR as well. you lot are a hive of information! thank you.xx |

Once! Myself and a couple of friends. We walked the streets all day; it was cold and wet and we were bored to tears! Never did it again. Bev x |
