Wow, thanks for replying so quckly all of you. Thanks so much for your best wishes. I've no doubts, it's just that I'm overwhelmed by it all and it's only a relatively small register office wedding (about 40 people) and about 60 on the night. It's just that I'm sitting here fretting on my own (other half has gone to see his mom and dad) and I just want everything to be perfect! Thanks for listening to my waffling on!! Kate x |

Our wedding day....long before some of you were born, was a lovely day but I was amazed how quickly the day went. ...It seemed much shorter than the usual 24 hours. All the planning coming together to make a pleasant 'gathering of the clans' but it seemed to be over in no time. Are you nervous about the day...or the prospect of being a married lady? Gwyn |

oh Kate how wonderful. I wish you and your future OH all the very best, my only advice is enjoy the day and take in as much as you can cos it goes so fast. Have you got a book circulating amongst your guests so they can write comments for you. This is a great idea and very funny to look back upon. Thanks again for all your lovely comments, I didn't expect so many! Gwyneth, it's the day I'm nervous about, I just want everything to be perfect but I keep telling myself that's it such a lot of worry for just one day and I should just enjoy it. I realise that it's the years together afterwards that matter. I expect on the day everything will be fine and I will wonder what I have been nervous about!
