Slight deviation from the thread, but my son went on a spiritual retreat when he was in yr 10 at school, when they left the weekend they all had to write a positive thought in oneanothers contact books, he had some beautiful messages entered which he was able to reread during his gcse's, these gave him a real boost when he was feeling under pressure. xxizzyxx |
