Slight deviation from the thread, but my son went on a spiritual retreat when he was in yr 10 at school, when they left the weekend they all had to write a positive thought in oneanothers contact books, he had some beautiful messages entered which he was able to reread during his gcse's, these gave him a real boost when he was feeling under pressure. xxizzyxx

We used to do ours in last year at school used to get teachers autographs as well how corny this sounds now. Junexx
