My brother is the same, they just don't think of things like this. It always gets to me when he doesn't put flowers on mum and dad and seems to forget anniversaries of their deaths and birthdays. I was told by someone that is just his way of coping. Maybe you should have a little chat with your brother and tell him how you feel, he might not have realised how you are feeling. hugs Jackiexx |

Me thinks I should learn to accept that me not on his list of priorities..... this is the same man that didn't send me a birthday card even when he was reminded 3 days before the event! 'Friends are the family I have chosen for myself' |

Tends to be us girlies who think of things like that but I'm surprised he hasn't asked you what you're doing, especially this year. Shelli - surely not!!! Next you'll be saying he'd rather watch football.:-) Daisy |

My brother has just called with some ideas of what to buy his children for Christmas and he said.... you will be up before Christmas so you can leave them here, won't you? To which I replied 'of course' but not once did he ask what I was doing Xmas Day..... for all he knows I could be home alone with beans on toast and a box of tissues!! Am I being selfish or is it just a boy thing? |
