Yes, it is bound to throw you out and probably by 9pm you are knackered hey! Well just went for a walk as trying to get fit and had to come home, my feet were sore and it is stifling out there so decided to remain unfit until later! Been watching the cricket instead - GO YOU AUSSIES!!!! lol!!! |
