not only did I have the jumping about but trouble viewing my tree, since I downloaded both problems are solved. Hope that everyone will soon be OK again. Meg

I've just downloaded the latest Mozilla Firefox browser and Macromedia Flashplayer. No more problems. Meg

I think they do care. I have had a message from Estelle to say that the ads are placed by ITV, she reported the problem with this ad this morning. It is now up to ITV to fix it not GR so looks like we have to be patient. Ann Glos

I agree with Mandy, you would think that GR would have the decency to post a message explaining what is going on and when the site is expected to be back to normal. In my opinion it's rude of them not to. Ann

Just logged on and mine is 'jumping' too. It did it yesterday but I thought it was my computer. It is annoying isn't it ?

Gosh, I thought it was my computer playing up. Or even one of the other members of this shambolic household had done something to the system. Glad there is something actually wrong elsewhere. Phew!!

Ever since this site was taken over , it has become increasingly useless...........new tree......jumping screen.........Gr are now hopeless beyond belief..........If they have an IT department , it must be occupied by 2 year olds

It's awful. I do wish that GR would have the courtesy to put a message up whenever they are doing site maintenance, upgrades or have a problem. At this rate, I will have to go away and do some h...h....h... no, I can't even say the word but it does involve a duster :( Mandy in Somerset
