January last year when Daddy had his sight fully restored was a highlight and March the worst ever moment when I lost him forever! Sahara- will always be the best and worst time of my life EVER!! But will remember the first few days with fondness!

Best memory of the year ? Primary school governors award being given to Kyle in July. For the best in his class for a number of reasons. I sat and cried when the whole school gave him a standing ovation. (none of the other kids in all the other classes got this ) Even the head teacher had tears in her eyes. Also his first day at senior school all dressed up in his uniform, and parents evening on Monday whee we were told he had 'Stonking' test results and would be put forward to the gifted and talented programme. Worst time so far was listening to my dad on the phone late one night, sounding as if he was really confused. He worried the hell out of me, luckily he seems fine at the moment even though in January hes due a medical procedure to jump start his heart into rythem. next year we hope to go abroad on holiday and finally get double glazing ! I hope everyone will have a happy 2007 as well. Elaine x

Oh dear Paul, that's hard. I have two favs and two I'd rather not have had! 1) My Daughters wedding in April...she looked beautiful and her now Husband never stopped smiling the whole day...and he is still grinning form ear to ear!! 2) The birth of my grandson in August, born to my Son and his lovely Girlfriend, never pictured him as a Dad and I cried, they are so young and my grandson is just gorgeous, I'm so proud! Wonderful memories I will cherish. The sad ones for this year are 1) The loss of my Dad in October, still not hit me... 2) the loss of our little dog, Sam, we took him in when his owner fell terminally ill with cancer. Thought he would only survive for 6mnths, had him for 4yrs. Little teddy bear..... both events happened in the same week...still stunned...not sunk in really. So a mixed year of joy and sadness...am looking forward to 2007 as another grandchild could be around next June/July! So I have something to look forward to already...keeping everything crossed that all goes well. Love and (hugs) to all, hope 2007 will be a good year for you and your loved ones. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! Nanna-Moo ;-)

so do I Gwynne, so do I... Mixed year for me. Some highs, and some lows. Obvious high was doing the trek in March, low point was some marital strife a couple of months ago... didn't think we'd make it to Christmas, but things have sorted themselves out, as they tend to. Still been a better year than the previous three though ! Next year looking forward to 'doing more'. Getting fit, losing weight, seeing new places (we're going to go to Rome, and maybe a couple more weekends away), new bands (4 gigs booked already), and meeting new people. Looking forward to getting some photos of one member of the family in the spring too - some of you will know what I mean :)

Not been the best year for me, Paul. There have been some good times, though. Next year I hope for peace and contentment for those I love. Gwynne
