I have had some fantastic help on there, from a lot of people but one in particular. I often feel guilty asking for lookups but have been told not to as they enjoy doing it. I always ask politely and make sure I thank them afterwards. Have found out a lot in the technical help too just by reading the questions asked. Christine in Portugal |

HI BETTY, GLAD TO HEAR THAT. WE HAVE JUST RECEIVED A REPLY TO A QUERY POSTED MONTHS AGO, SO DON'T GIVE UP, HAVE FAITH. ON THE 23rD DEC., I HAD A MESSAGE FROM THE MODERATOR, TELLING ME, THERE WAS SOMEONE ON THE BOARD, LOOKING FOR ME. TURNS OUT, SHE WAS A COUSIN. THE MEMBER WHO HAD BEEN HELPING HER, HAD HELPED ME, WITH THE SAME FAMILY MEMBER AND TOLD MY COUSIN ABOUT ME. IT IS A BRILLIANT SITE, KEEP LOOKING ON THERE. PIPS XX |

Hi Everyone, Thanks for your messages, I use it but haven'y had much help until recently as I was searching my Irish grandmother and great grandparents. I had great help from a Irish girl, I had been searching for ages too, don't know what I would have done without her help. Betty |

YES, BETTY, I AM ON ROOTSCHAT. FOR THE GENEALOGY, HAVEN'T USED THEIR CHAT FACILITIES. THE HELP I HAVE RECEIVED THERE IS UNBELIEVABLE, MY PROGRESS, IS ALL DUE TO THEM.
