Bob was the sink she did it to and yes there is an overflow but when the water is coming in faster than going down overflow causes a problem. New bath does have an overflow I checked when we bought it lol Ceiling is a lovely colour now wet patches all over it thank goodness for a decorator hubby. |

Sorry to read of your problem, Dawn. I hope you get dried out soon. We had similar trouble a few years ago. I thought it was heavy rain that I could hear as I went into the kitchen, ..lol Our ceiling never came down either but was badly stained and we had industrial driers from the insurance company for quite a while. Maybe Lynn's flippers will be useful, if she can part with them. Gwyn |

Sympathetic, but hysterical laughter...... Dawn, thats a new bath you fitted lately.........doesn't it have an over flow? surely thats a design error? the overflow should handle that ...shouldnt it?Bob |
