Sorry to read of your problem, Dawn. I hope you get dried out soon. We had similar trouble a few years ago. I thought it was heavy rain that I could hear as I went into the kitchen, ..lol Our ceiling never came down either but was badly stained and we had industrial driers from the insurance company for quite a while. Maybe Lynn's flippers will be useful, if she can part with them. Gwyn

Bob was the sink she did it to and yes there is an overflow but when the water is coming in faster than going down overflow causes a problem. New bath does have an overflow I checked when we bought it lol Ceiling is a lovely colour now wet patches all over it thank goodness for a decorator hubby.

Jinx's always come in 3's, so if that's your 3rd, fingers crossed that's an end to it!! Otherwise, go everywhere with a change of clothes and an umberella and a wetsuit!! lol Seriously though, I hope it doesn't take to much clearing up, it's a real pain!! Nanna-Moo ;-))

Mary was dinner in darkness hubby managed to cook it as is gas cooker, finally stopped dripping I think.

Sorry to hear about the mess really, Dawn, AH! sinks, we have one thats a bit slow on the over flow as well...........could we sue the manufacturer? I wonder........not fit for purpose, and all that? Bob
