Hi all, You may remember last week I persuaded my mum to finally go into a nursing home. It was the best decision we could have made, and for your support I will be eternally grateful. I know a lot of the staff there having worked there myself several years ago. This morning one of them rang to tell me ( at the risk of losing her job as its not official as yet) that she'd toddled off to heaven at 5 am this morning. If I'm honest I'm surprised this didn't happen months ago as her prognosis was dreadful, but at least she would'nt have been on her own and for that I'm grateful. I'm a great believer in the afterlife and know my Dad would have come to get her as 20 yrs is a long time without your soulmate! The only thing I'm dreading now is dealing with my brothers ( who haven't been anywhere near her for over a year) one of which is a total pompous prat . My OH is currently on a course ini Northampton and as we speak is winging his way home and luckily I'm surrounded by loving friends & family so at the moment I'm fine I think. Once again I thank you all for your support you are all big hearted and deserve all the Love, Luck & happiness this world has to offer!!!! Claire xxxx
