Well done Tania.....do you think that women only have this or do men also? I know that when I first met someone I know what I think for that first instance also.

I'm usually pretty good with people. My first impressions usual turn out to be right. My hubby used to be secretary of our local cricket club. They had a man who did fund raising and odd jobs for them who I thought was dodgy. He finally robbed the club of thousands of pounds and got away with it. I liked my sons current girlfriend instantly, they are still together nearly 3 years lately and I love her to bits still. Have a good feeling about my daughters latest bloke, so watch this space! Some of the others have been really suspect. One, who I didn't like, tried to hit her after they had split up. I'm not so good at judging people online though, I must need to see their faces!

Hi Sal I make it a rule to always follow my instincts. They work really well. An example is when you first meet a person,I know everyone says dont judge a book by its cover etc etc BUT that first thought or feeling you have is the right one. If I take an instant dislike to someone then time passes and they seem to be better than I thought initially I always let my first thought be my mainstay because I can guarantee that it will be the right one even if it takes years for it to be evident to others. Mine are just so well tuned now Its incredible. My best friend was going to marry a man a few years ago,on the surface he was good looking and full of charm but my alarm bells screamed so violently when I met him I couldnt believe it. I told her outright that things wernt ok and the poor thing was really uncomfortable that he in turn HATED me but it was funny because for all his charm he knew I could SEE him and it drove him crazy Sure enough a year or so went by and it was revealed he had been married a couple of times overseas had kids and was not from the background he said he was. So if any one wants an official radar just pop on down and see me. I think it might work long distance as Diana pink ones love rat set me off loud and clear when she first posted about him LOL Regards Tania

I dont know Sal maybe women read non verbal signals better than men, Im not sure what mine is based on but it is such a strong and instant physical feeling I cant ignore it Regards Tania

Obviously this thread isn't exciting or controversial enough pmsl!!! I find it amazing how more people can get replies by saying that they farted this morning than if you post a sort of decent conversational thread.... Oh well, maybe next time I may get some luck.... Have fun guys, Sal xxx

I know what you mean Telly Addict..... Nowadays, if I feel something is not right, I just say no....no explanations required.

Hi David, Isn't it funny how that little nagging message, not jjust in your head but your whole body tells you something.....I remember when we bought a Caravan and we went to look at sites to place it on....my husband went to this place on his own as i had the flu, so I said fine, I will go with whatever.... I went up there a few weeks later and something was screaming at me.....but I ignored it. About 6 months later, it seems that they were ripping everyone off, taking insurance off people and not paying it over, it was even on the television. We ended up selling the caravan and putting it all down to a bad experience! After that if i ever get that feeling, I always listen to my body and mind...... Sal xx Happy birthday xx

I must say that most of my instincts are usually correct, may take a little time to come to fruition, but generally my feelings are usually correct.... Do you listen to yours and have you had any examples that you may like to share?
