More or less white or off white wallpaper. Floor in lounge section is varnished Rimu (what is carpet?) and in the dining section a vinyl prdominantly blue. Curtains are brown. One settee brown the other brown background with blue and yellow and white flowers, both need recovering. Windows a dusty colour, but recently bought magnetic window washers so might just get around to turning them clear. Decor: clutter.

Our living room is BISCOTTI - a warm 'beigy' colour with an IVORY CREAM ceiling. We have a wooden floor & I love it! Our family room is a warm peachy colour with a cream ceiling & wooden effect floor. The room I'm sitting in however is MAD - the walls are Japanese Cherry with a picture rail & above it the walls & ceiling are cream. The carpet has a small pattern on it & is the same colour as the walls. I'm happy with the colour schemes in all my rooms - am I boring??

I live in a small house, ALL downstairs walls, (and the stairs) are 'Melt' - a sort of cornish Ice cream colour. Pale laminate flooring in living room & bathroom, green floor in kitchen. Pale wooden blinds throughout, beige carpet on stairs. Upstairs - all walls white, all floors just boards, though in my bedroom the boards have been 'washed'. Boring colour scheme, but it means i can use any other colours. wine, terracota, green and black in Living room, similar in bathroom - but the colours are on indonesian wall plaques, black (cast iron) & green in the kitchen - with white woodwork. maggie
