That's great Errol. I have been lucky hardly any trouble with my neighbours ever hope it carries on like that. Only once when the woman not there now insisted on shouting out in front of the que where I worked that I owed her money. turned out when the wind had blown my coal shed roof off some of it hit her windwmill I panicked thought she said £50 but it was £15 anyway other half went round fixed her windmill then she had the cheek to say Oh can you fix my window boxes while your here. No comment LOL. They were the sort of family that seemed to live off insurance claims. She gone now someone elses problem Germaine x

Errol, congratulations, glad justice prevailed in this case. All too often the victims come off worse, so good to know you got there in the end. A chap I know who is a security guard at Asda, got beaten with a baton as he was trying to hold on to a lad stealing ipods etc, badly bruised face and legs, the lad only got a few months for it and more time for beating a neighbour who complained about noise, and stealing his wallet. As my friend said, just because they use the excuse they are drug and alcohol dependent, they get away with things and it sets a bad example that others can attack security staff. I had to go to court about a neighbour who had taken against me, (we had been good friends till she listened to a lie from a different neighbour and started damaging my car). The CP misinterpreted something in my statement and therefore didn't correctly follow up something I answered to his question, so they said no case to answer to, and she got off. MInd you, the local Police warned her that any kind of harrassment or trouble I get, and she will be the first person they visit. They knew it was her, someone had seen her by my car and heard the noise as she thumped my mirror off, for the umpteenth time. They had been on their way to do a surveillance but I had told them the time she usually went to work - a teacher of young children fgs - and that day she was early. Had I got the time right, they would have seen her themselves from a hiding place, and she would have been really nabbed. Not pleasant though, and I did think of making an official complaint but my health just wasn't up to the hassle. Glad you have all that behind you now. Hope everything else is going well. Liz

at the same time hun i think its nice when the courts can see through everything.its a shame it does,nt happen in everything.my neighbour has awfull peeps next door.but she feels the courts wont listen.i will show her this.goodness wins in the end.xx

i love my neighbours with all my heart but i understand it could not be easy if they were not nice mine i can knock them up in the middle of the night for a pint of milk and they would give me the tea and sugar as well and the other side i used to teach her at school so shes great as well hope you get better neighbours soon babes ones just like mine xxxx
