It is SO fascinating. I was regressed in Oxford last month; obviously we've all had a few lives, not just one, but I'd have been there all day if we'd gone from year dot, lol. I remember I posted a thread about regression some time ago, and a lady said she'd been regressed, and she had been living alone in mountains. Can't remember exact details, but something about having old coins from that place...was very mysterious and interesting.

Tony I reckon my husband was a pilot in a previous life. It would perhaps explain why there is a cockpit on our drive.

I did a few years ago. Apparently I died during the Battle of Britain - I was a pilot. Quite strange - but it seemed to explain a few coincidences!! Good luck....

Interesting, it is something that has to be done with care I think by really professional people or 'trainees' with good supervision and is usually expensive, but I would love to know. Were you comfortable with what you had on your tape to begin with?

I had it done a few years back, it was at the local adult learning centre, one of the weekend classes, but it was a trained hypnotherapist who did it.. There were about 10 of us and those who wanted to were regressed. I didn't think it would work, but it was very weird and I went back to three different lives. It was all tape recorded and we were given the tape afterwards. I carried it around in my handbag for a couple or so years, but one day I decided I really couldn't face playing it back, so I destroyed it. I can remember most of the three lives I described, so I'm not sure if I was really regressed. At the time, I certainly didn't feel as if I was in a classroom with other people around me. Liz

I was regressed, many years ago, by a professional hypno-therapist. I was very sceptical beforehand but most impressed after. It was a week-end event with three of us, all unknown to one another, being regressed. Whilst one was under hypnosis, the other two witnessed and took notes. The proceedings were also tape-recorded.
