Malc, please don't fret being shy is perfectly natural, I know the boards are so much easier to talk on than in person, I've been there. Ask any of this crowed who have met me and they'll tell you how quiet I am at meets yet I come on here and scream from the rooftops. Daft thing is I moved 150miles to go to uni and train to be a nurse when all I want to do is sit quietly in my corner and watch the world go by - but the experience has done wonders for me and people I work with have commented on the improvement in my confidence and my ability to talk to strangers, it's still a struggle but I think I'll get there eventually in work at least. Sometimes when we want to say something it's easier to write it down even if we put it aside and return to it at a later time.

malc theres nothing thats never happened before on here if you dont want to say thats ok but find a friend and maybe private message them theres lot of them on here who will understand what ever it is but a problem shared mate xxxxx
