I hadn't had any in over a month so sent them a message. Got standard response: workload, popularity of site, new users, etc. BUT since then mine have all arrived on time. T.O.R. ;o)) Mind you I might have mentioned refund of fees cos they were in breach of contract. lol |

It is 4 weeks and 2 days since I had my last lot, and I think they only came because I sent a message asking where they were as it was 5 or 6 weeks since the previous lot. They have sent notice of 'My tree matches' but we can look at those any time if we want to trawl through them. Also 'Huia is this your ancestor' when the person they name is not included in the list from the 1891 census, even though I know he is on the census, having found it myself last year. |

As I have said before, I am glad I am not the only one without any Hot Matches. I thought I might have done something to annoy GR! I deleted and then reloaded a bigger tree nearly two months ago, and then suddenly was shut out of even my old H.Ms. So I sent a mail at the weekend asking why, and got the standard reply: updating, lots of new members, installing new equipment, etc. In other words, we will have to wait! Still no Hot Matches. Joanna |

I have not had any for some time, then they suddenly appeared, so I think it is just taking longer......maybe a sudden influx of newbies onto the site putting their trees up........getting priority.... |

WHERE ARE MINE? It is now 32 days since the last lot. I have been checking on dates for this year. Had some 31 Dec 2006, then 14 Jan (14 days), 23 Feb (39 days), 21` Mar (26 days), 4 April (14 days!), 8 May (34 days). What happened to the fortnightly ones? Admittedly 2 of those intervals were 14 days but the others....... I did receive a 'Huia is this your ancestor' again tonight. But I think they are just hoping I will give in and buy credits so I can see the census page. Anyway a relative has already sent me all the info. SEND MY HOT MATCHES NOW BEFORE I HAVE A HISSY FIT. |

I have had no hot matches for five weeks,sent Gr message asking why. I got a reply sayin they were doing oth things on the site, and in the process of agetting a new server. When it is settled I will start getting the hot matches every 14 datys. I wonder when that is going to be though. I like the brach of contract - nice one. Still waiting Sheila |
