Good morning Em and all, Had a bit of rain here, dont think that will be it though as the sky is very black :0((( My last day of hols aswell, you can guarantee when I go back on Monday there will be glorious sunshine. Hope every has a good Friday xx |

Good morning Tina :) Jules, well its only a mile and a half one way, but then i have to walk back... then the same in the afternoon, so it clocks up. We are so lucky here in North wales, with all the mountain water and rivers running into the River Dee.. |

Thats a real commitment - 6 miles - wow! I don't mind how far the school is, obviously different when driving - but just to know that they are happy is a great thing - he has endured this year not enjoyed it. New school is 8 and a half miles away in one direction - so 'nipping' to the school is going to be a pain! But he's already eager to get there - so half the battle is won! We too don't have a water problem - but other counties don't have as many rivers as us, always seem to be under threat? |

Good morning Jules, My girls all have an inset day today so they broke up yesterday.. cant say i shall miss the 6 miles a day i had to walk to take and bring back |Titch. It was fine when the weather was ok, but all this rain we have had hasmade it so miserable a journey. We get our water from the River dee, so we have always been lucky and i think only a couple of times have had a hosepipe ban over the years. |

Morning Ladies, loads of rain here too - guess we have to pay for the lovely weather we had yesterday! Was thinking about hosepipe bans - have they managed to top up the reservoirs yet? Last day at this school for my son - am decorating the car for collection time this afternoon (2miles so not lazy Mum!) as we have had enough of the place! Cruddy weather everywhere all weekend I think? Jules x |

And what a wet Wales it is this morning.. start of the school holidays today.. typical!. Anyway a Happy Friday to you , i hope all are well. The girls go away for two weeks today, so i imagine by about Thursday next week i will be rattling round the house in despair at having nothing to do...sigh.. |
