Bitterly cold here but bright and sunny at the moment ;-)

We did have a bit of the white stuff overnight but by morning it had gone with just a

smattering on the roof of our wooden garden seat :-0 ;-)

My niece took me shopping this morning so I think we have enough stuff to keep us going.

OH isn’t feeling so good today so is under strict instructions to obey she who must be obeyed ;-) ;-)

Fly have you managed to warm up. I do hope so <3

Yes lots of layers were worn including 2 scarves and also thermal tights under my jeans.
It was really chilly in the car park, but the site is on a south facing steep slope and didn't feel nearly so bad, so must have been sheltered :-D

I've been there on a school trip, when volunteering, but the animals were all tucked in bed last night.

Gwyn, I just Googled Port Lympne Park as I'd never heard of it..... a Safari Park, well I never
:-0 ;-) :-D. The illuminations look fun, I bet you had to be wrapped up warm :-0 :-D

Haven't ventured further than the front door to see what the weather was like.
It's dry and cold with a pale blue sky.

The next county to us, East Sussex has had snow, which has settled, same for further north in Kent, but this area of Kent has it's own micro-climate and we don't get too much of the white stuff usually.

Lovely family time yesterday evening visiting a light show display at Port Lympne Animal park with my 3 children <3 :-D
