Dull but quite mild here.

Yes Fly, I noticed the poppy last night and added to the thread asking where it was to let people know.

I've been to our local British Legion pop-up shop this morning. I have a Poppy money box which I put change in all year and take it round when the shop arrives. Got some small wooden crosses, a new car poppy and this year's pin badge.

Give generously folks - it's a very good cause.

My sister is improving slightly - I know this because she is still o.k. about being in rehab. but she is starting to say she'd rather be at home! I hope they don't discharge her too soon. I'm hoping that at least she will agree to extra help if they say she doesn't need assisted living.

Woke very early this morning and could not get back to sleep.

Singing later this morning. Told them I did not have a good voice but I enjoyed singing and was pleased when he said, ‘You don’t have to have a good voice, you just have to enjoy singing.’

On the other hand, he ain’t heard me yet. :-D
