I'd put money on the groundsmen - they wouldn't contact anyone if they wanted to remove them in case they said no! They'll be wanting to do a last cut of the grass.

I was getting myself geared up to mow the lawn and it started raining :-(. Brilliant sunshine again now but the lawn is now too wet :-0
I'll have to do it tomorrow because it is our last green waste collection for the year on Tuesday :-0

It's a bright day here, but it's quite cold. The ground is still wet so it's obviously not a drying day.

I'm having a PJ Day today. I'm in the bright pink (with cherries) fleece pjs, with matching slippers, that Granddaughter 1 bought me a couple of years ago :-D :-D

It's my turn now to have the disappearing grave floral tributes :-(
I was a bit reluctant when my daughter suggested it at first, but in the end we went with silk flowers. I was glad, as they were still looking good last week, whereas the real flowers were dead within a fortnight.

Well, I went up on Tuesday afternoon, and they'd all gone!!!
I thought at first it was the groundsmen. But the lady in the office said no, that they would have contacted me first.
But the strange thing ..... there was absolutely no debris. So I think it was them. I was planning to take them off on the 31st, which would have been 3 months, but I had wanted to keep my broken heart wreath. So quite annoyed!

I'm watching the Wales girls playing footy at the mo. Only because their best player, Jess Fishlock, is retiring and this is her last game.
The game I'm really looking forward too (any Welsh looking in- shut your ears ;-))

Very sunny and bright out there - but not a high temperature, methinks. Will have to check with the outside thermometer but as it is on a north-facing wall perhaps I should put it to the opposite side of the house.

Hoh, hum, I can't be bothered doing anything much at all and it seems that I am slow getting started at the moment.

Don't know how cold it is, but suspect I will need a warm coat.

I'll really notice a difference in the light in the early mornings, after tomorrow, but I bet I will wake at the same time, so won't gain an hour.
