Later in the afternoon the obnoxious neighbour's father had parked on the drop down kerb of the neighbour that is attached to me.....again nobody was parked on the obnoxious neighbour's dropped kerb. Anyway, he called the Council Traffic Warden who left a ticket on his windscreen :-0 :-D |

The thing was I don't think he could drive......he had a passenger who had to help him turn the steering wheel the right way .....he didn't have a L Plate but a P Plate....gawd help us all if had passed his test :-0 :-0 :-0 |
