I've been wearing socks for the last few days :-(
I've also put a second duvet on the bed - I have two summer weights as I find them easier to put covers on.
The heating is coming on in the morning :-0

It's the suddenness of having to reach for cold weather clothes without the transition of inter season ones that irks.

Too right I'm not 'satisfied' - it's August not October! :-|

I think we have probably reached that peiod when one really doesn't know what to put on - chily in the morning and quite warm, if not hot, in the afternoon

It was socks yesterday and tomorrow it will be my winter dressing gown.

Probably means another heatwave is due ;-)
