I agree about the launch show, far too long...I'm sure they could condense it into an hour :-0

It only really gets interesting once the live shows start;-)

I don't watch it live either so that I can fast forward through the rubbishy bits but I do watch on the same evening it is broadcast ;-)

I don't watch the launch show as there is always too much hype. I do however watch once the dancing starts but I usually record the show and then just watch the couples dancing and the judges scores. I fast forward through the rest of the show. :-)

I did watch it right through (I had nothing else to do!) - but that is unusual for me and I won't be sticking with it.

Gawd, some of the dancers give me the heebie-jeebies as they seem so 'up-themselves'. :-S

Neverthless, I hope Alex, Chris and Jimmy make the grade.

When they did the group dance at the end (It was so long and fast I was worn out watching it), I thought there looked to be some promising dancers amongst the 15 new contenders.

I have to say I turned off after an hour. I could not stand all the screaming and whooping. It was bad enough last year, but they have turned it up another notch.

Maybe I missed the best bits, I will give it another go next week, and hope they calm down a bit :-D :-D

I don’t usually watch it though - only the one that Jay M was in as I thought he was a good dancer even though he went to some sort of theatrical school so would have learned there . Still, those schools don’t always turn out good dancers.

I have not seen any ads either.

No doubt it will be about 10 minutes of dancing, and the rest will be padding when the celebs meet their dance partners :-0 ;-)

Kristian Nairn has withdrawn from the show due to undisclosed medical reasons.

I only know a couple but hopefully there will be plenty of entertainment as that is sadly lacking at the moment.
