Oh yes Alex was very upset, I think she didn't 'gel' with the music and maybe the dance is just too aggressive for her character. I feel she might be in the dance off, depends on her supporters, trouble is Harry has a large support group from gladiators and La Voix? well it looks like her supporters are determined that she wins.

Vivky was so good I think she surprised herself!

And yes, George was good too. But I find it hard to guess now the voters are so unrpredictable. It was a great evening though.

The competition is well and truly heating up :-0

I felt sorry for Alex as the Paso was just not here dance :-0 She was upset with herself in rehearsals and also on the night...she has high standards and the dance just did not click with her :-(

My favorite dances, in no particular order,were

Karen's Charleston - fast and furious :-)

George's Viennese Waltz - he certainly took the lead and it was lovely to watch.:-)

Vicky's Tango - was this the same Vicky who was a bag of nerves in Week 1 :-0
She looked very much the part :-)

My two for the dance off are Alex, I hope I'm wrong, and Harry :-(. La Voix should be in the dance off but if previous weeks are anything to go by that isn't going to happen :-(

I think Harry might go, I certainly hope it's not Alex :-0

Another night of very good dancing, and not much to choose between any of them.

Obviously both Lewis and Amber had great dances, as they have experience :-0

Sadly Alex did not do so well, and seemed very upset, a great shame as she has done very well up until now.

My faves of the night were Karen, Vicky, and of course Bahvinder with her fabulous Bangra styled dancing. It really made me smile to see her really enjoying herself. It was like something out of a Bollywood movie. Fab <3

As for who is going, I have no idea :-S

Hopefully, it is precautionary surgery <3

Wishing Amy a speedy recovery <3

Oh dear, that is sad about Amy. Do hope it is something that she can get through ok.


There was a lovely post on facebook yesterday from Ellie saying what a wonderful time she had had. thanking all her helpers and supporters and saying 'you have not seen the last of me yet'.

I was sorry too to see Ellie go, but I think sometimes she seems a little overwhelmed by the noise in the studio. <3

Sadly Amy Dowden has announced she is to undergo further breast surgery. God Bless Her <3 <3

Yes sorry to see Ellie go but she tool it better than I thought she would. Vito has been great with her and I am sure he means it when he says he will still be there for her. What a great inspiration Ellie has been to other's with Downs Syndrome. <3

It was sad to see Ellie go but thereagain it is sad to see anyone go at this stage of the competition :-(

I never thought I'd hear myself say this but Vito did a great job, was an ideal partner for Ellie, so credit where credit is due :-)

Ginnie, my first guess would still be Zoe Ball.

Certainly, though, in my opinion, they’d never choose Philip Schofield.

I actually enjoyed last night more than I thought I would . Karen and Carlos were great and La Voix was much better this week. Alex and Jojo were the best for me. Alex seems such a lovely person and is enjoying herself. loved Lewis and Katya's couples choice.

JoyLouise! Holly used to do Dancing on Ice when Phillip Scofield was on then later with Stephen Mulhern . She did do a stint on I'm a celebrity with Dec when Ant was off screen for a while. I really hope they don't have Holly as a replacement .

Personally I would like to see Anton and Jeanette Manmara as hosts :-)

Ginnie mentioned Holly Willoughby and she could be right. I forget what she compered some years ago and I forget who co-presented with her (Ant and Dec?) but I think she might be in with a chance. I would not like to see Ant and Dec, though, as I feel it could end up being all about them. :-S

Gawd I know I am getting grumpy but all the dressing up is wearing to me. Marvellous though it may be,

I though Karen was great, she is getting more confident, and with the support of her ex team mates every week, she is coming on in leaps and bounds.

I liked Lewis and Katya it was quirky and something different.

Alex as usual was great. She is showing that someone a little more mature can compete with the younger dancers. JoJo leads her and pushes her to go further and further.

I think it may be Harry in the dance off, but not sure who will be the other dancer. Maybe it will be the easy option of picking a good dancer against one not so good. Shirley is used to being a judge,

Yes I think Zoe Ball is one of the better choices for replacement presenter. I also think it could be a male to replace one of them maybe Bradley Walsh.

I loved lewis and Karen. Karen's kicks were so clean and quick.
La Voix certainly improved.
Ellie did extremely well with the tequnique of the dance. However I feel the time has come that she is going to be voted off to give those better a chance. I hope that she is able to take the disappointment if she is.
I think dance off will be ellie and either George or Bavinder.

What a great performance by Lewis and Katya - they certainly move around the floor and they complement each other.

My money is still on Zoe Ball as one replacement presenter - as I wrote on 26 October.

I thought all the celebs did brilliantly last night and all had improved tremendously :-)

However, as you would expect there is a gap between those with experience and those that have no or very little experience :-0

Even La Voix danced well last night which just shows what can be done when you take a dance seriously :-)

Ellie continues to dance with enthusiasm and energy with Vito having to dance with bended knees when dancing in hold :-0

My favourites who are non dancers were, in no particular order ;-)

George's Cha Cha Cha - he certainly had learned to move his hips ;-)

Harry's American Smooth - I think he is very light in his feet for such a big built man :-)

Karen's Argentine Tango - very quick and clean leg work :-)

Alex's Salsa -:it was hot, hot, hot ;-)

If I had to pick two for the dance off, it would be Balvinder and George....with Balvinder to go :-(. Don't envy Shirley being the Head Judge this week :-0

Halloween Night tonight :-0

I must say I do find it distracting with all the costumes and make up, and also if they have backing dancers. I am so busy looking at the outfits I am not concentrating on their feet. :-0 :-D

No doubt the judges will be dolled up too.

I hope the voting will see sense at some time, and some of the better dancers will not be sacrificed for popularity :-|
