Sorry Belle, you wanted to know what food I'd ordered from the college students....

Starter
Butternut squash and feta Aranchini, harissa mayonaise with salad

Main
Spinach and sage stuffed loin of pork
Chive mashed potato, savoy, cider reduction

Dessert
Raspberry and Cream savarin

Courses 1 and 2 were lovely, but I was so full that I haven't yet eaten the dessert. :-D

We went up to daughter's and ate at her house.
College gives her instruction for any reheating and a picture of how to serve it.
