I know I'm not the only one with an old-style mobile that doesn't do lots of clever things. It's a simple pay-as-you-go and does texts and takes very good photos. I rarely use it, but find it useful to have when I'm travelling, particularly if I'm alone, in case of emergency. |

I had an even older one (2G) the free replacement SIM card didn’t work so had to buy a new phone. I’ve now got a payg Nokiia. Don’t like it as much as my old ‘Star Trek’ flip phone. |

I have an old Nokia phone that was second hand from my son and I haven't a clue whether it is 2G or 3G. Luckily my son will sort it for me if it has to be changed. I'm useless with technology. |
